25 Year Connectivity/Cabling System Limited Warranty

Signamax Connectivity Systems/AESP (the "Company"), has designed The Signamax Connectivity/Cabling Systems (the "Connectivity System") to protect your investment in Signamax products and systems solutions. The Company offers this 25 Year Connectivity/Cabling Systems Limited Warranty (the "Warranty") on Category 5e+ and Category 6+ connectivity products supplied by the Company and listed in the latest revision of the Signamax Warranted Product List (the "Connectivity Products") and those cabling products supplied by the Company or our Cable Partners that have been previously approved in writing by the Company for use with the Connectivity Products and listed on the latest revision of the Signamax Qualified Cable List (the "Qualified Cable ").

The Company and our Cable Partners warrant to the original end-user listed on the attached Schedule (the "End-User") that for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the date of the Certificate of Registration issued by the Company to the End-User for its Connectivity System (the "Registration Certificate"): (1) the Connectivity Product and the Qualified Cable, as installed, will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for which they were designed, (2) the Connectivity Products and the Qualified Cable, as installed, will perform in accordance with applicable ANSI/IA/EIA-568-B and ISO/IEC 11801 Permanent Link and Channel performance as in effect on the date of manufacture and (3) the Connectivity Products and the Qualified Cable, as installed, when used together as a Connectivity System will support any current or future applications ratified by IEEE, ANSI, or ISO, and designed to operate over the applicable ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B, ISO/IEC 11801 Category 5e (Class D) or Category 6 (Class E) standards in effect at the time of manufacture.

If the End-User discovers a defect in the material or workmanship of the Connectivity Products or the Qualified Cable at any time during the twenty-five (25) year period from the date of the Registration Certificate, or if the Connectivity Products or the Qualified Cable, as installed, when used together as a Connectivity System, should fail to meet the applicable performance requirements described above, the Company will repair or replace, at its option, the defective or non-performing Connectivity Products or Qualified Cable or any part thereof determined by the Company to be defective or non-performing as the case may be, at no cost to the End-User, up to the initial cost of the Connectivity System as installed. The End-User shall be solely responsible for any cost and expenses in excess of the initial cost of the Connectivity System as installed. If the End-User discovers such a defect or performance, the Company must be notified immediately in writing by the End-Used at the following address:

Any claim not filed within fifteen (15) days of the date of discovery of a defect or performance problem will be deemed waived.

This twenty-five (25) Year Connectivity System Warranty applies only to the Connectivity Products and the Qualified Cable when used together as a Connectivity System and then only if the Connectivity System (1) has been installed by a Certified Signamax Installation and Design Partner in accordance with ANSI/EIA/TIA 568-B telecommunication standards and other applicable standards for which the Connectivity Products and Qualified Cable were designed ( the "Standards"), (2) has been registered with the Company upon completion of the installation, and (3) has not been removed from its original installation site as listed on the attached Schedule. This Warranty does not extend to any of the Connectivity Products or the Qualified Cable used in the Connectivity System that are damaged by reason of (1) any installation, connection or use of the Connectivity Product or the Qualified Cable not in strict accordance with its specification; (2) use of the Connectivity Product or the Qualified Cable for any purpose other than that for which they were designed; (3) disasters or Acts of God; (4) unauthorized attachment, alterations, or modifications to the Connectivity Product or the Qualified Cables; (5) the misuse or failure of any items or equipment connected to the Connectivity Products or the Qualified Cable; (6) accident, abuse, misuse or neglect of the Connectivity Product or Qualified Cable; (7) improper maintenance or repair of the Connectivity Product or the Qualified Cable; (8) any other reason or event not caused by the Company.

The Company's sole obligation for any breach of this Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the defective or non-performing Connectivity Products or the Qualified Cable as provided above. The Company and its directors, offers, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates shall not be liable for any damage arising from any loss of equipment, loss or distortion of data, loss of time, loss or destruction of software or other property, loss of production or profits, overhead cost, claims of third parties, labor or material, penalties or liquidated damages, or any other incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever, whether based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability of any other legal theory

THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This Warranty extends to the original End-User only and may not be transferred or assigned in any manner whatsoever

This warranty is the sole Warranty offered by the Company with respect to the Connectivity Products and the Qualified Cable installed together by a Signamax Installation and Design Partner. The Company does not assume any other liability in connection with the sale of the Connectivity Product or the Qualified Cable. No representative of the Company is authorized to extend this Warranty or to change it in any manner whatsoever.

The attached Schedule is an integral part of this Warranty.
